Autumn Drake Project born Michael Bustin in Boston, MA, where music as well as performing quickly became a passion, then further developed creatively while living in Washington DC and learning to DJ/Produce before that as a student at Miami University, Ohio. From mashups produced and live recorded during study breaks, to honing his craft spinning various house parties, private events/formals and other special events and festivals in the Southwest Ohio. This new musical project is Mike's return to a passion reignited, rebranding as the Autumn Drake Project a non-genre-specific nor limited remixer, producer , MC/vocalist. In 2023 Autumn Drake Project began a mix show in Data Transmission Radio, moving his House Party DJ mixes from his Soundcloud DT Radio
Looking to Help Build Better World
Autumn Drake Project understands the importance of giving back to the music and arts public school programs because music and art are not only fundamental tools to grow the minds of students, foster creativity, help develop critical thinking and creates a culture of acceptance and positivity. Music and art have been there in the darkest of moments to help drown out many thoughts of self-destruction, harmful thoughts, providing a healthy outlet to vent fears, pain, anxiety and hopelessness. Without music and art, Autumn Drake Project would not be.
That is why he intends to donate all of his monetization profits from his non-vocal tracks to help fund the music and arts programs in the Boston, MA and Washington, DC public schools. Giving back to community, whether it's a $1 or $100,000, every penny that paves the way for a young creative to find a safe place to explore their collaborative creative minds.
